陈颖泰国旅行图记（三）泰国的笑脸

<DIV>       泰国也被叫做“微笑之邦”，或许这也解释了我的相机里为什么留下的多是泰国人的笑脸。</DIV>

<DIV>       “微笑服务”在中国早就强调得听出老茧了，可是见笑太难。但泰国的微笑就太有“杀伤力”，朴实灿烂得常常让你不由自主地感动，以至于钱被挣走了，你还心甘情愿地跟他交朋友。</DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>       原来微笑服务并不在于你笑了没？而在于你是否发自内心笑了？说到底，微笑服务的底蕴是服务意识，这一点中国人可一直没能学到家。</DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>       这次在泰国，有太多微笑的细节给我印象：</DIV>
<DIV>       旅行社讲求“服务到家”，所有行程都从酒店接送开始，司机会微笑地先跟你问好，然后为你开车门，并请你“take care of your head”……</DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>       热日之下，曼谷的交警戴着口罩满头大汗地在街头指挥交通。看到手拿地图的旅行者，警察叔叔竟然主动走过来笑着跟我说：“Can I help you?”</DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>       在Ao Nang的旅馆里，老板娘一晚上谈笑风生，讲述她的旅馆和家庭……</DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>       当我挂着相机走在皮皮岛小街时，纯真可爱的孩子会蹭到我面前，一脸傻笑地等待我拍照……</DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>       甚至我们发现挨宰了，原来一半也是“微笑惹的祸”！</DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>       我一直以为，泰国旅游业发达的秘诀，有两个精髓是中国一时半会学不来的。一个是服务意识，第二个就是诚信。</DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>       人和人之间如果没有诚信，也不会有真诚微笑和友善。在泰国，住宿相对简单，填好表格后，交一晚上的住宿费就可以拿钥匙了，很多旅馆都不要求交住房押金；在苏梅岛租摩托车更简便，押上护照就可以了，回来再算帐……或许你会说这都是小细节嘛，但却给了我这样的感觉：我首先被当作一个好人，其次才是一个需要被好好款待的客人。而不象在国内，人和人间有着太多的戒备和不信任，许多措施都是用来防范钻空子的人。</DIV>

<DIV>       当然泰国旅游业还远远不及尽善尽美，我们也曾为碰到那些笑里藏刀的奸商而大为光火。可有两次被我们识破后，自知理亏的司机还能乖乖认错；不知是偶然还是必然，每逢我们碰到不愉快的事，又总会有“好人”适时相助……</DIV>

<DIV>      一个地方好亦不好，多了解才能有明智的结论。或许我应该多去泰国几次。刚回来就有当回头客的冲动，你说，我是不是已经中了“微笑之邦”的“毒”？</DIV>

<DIV>    在离开曼谷前，我们乘游船夜游湄南河。那个浪漫的夜晚一半归功于下面这些表演泰国歌舞的曼妙女孩。她们跳舞时那大方典雅的笑容，给了我“如沐春风”的感觉。这绝不是职业化的笑容呵，是什么能让她们笑得这么美？</DIV>

泰国人的笑真的很特别
